Participant name and parent/guardian name when completing a registration or waiver

Session dates and program selections submitted through Drop & Play registration

To register athletes and process payments for programs
To store signed waivers for program safety records

Stripe Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you complete a purchase, you are subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy. We receive only a confirmation of payment — your card details are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only as required by law or to operate the services described above (e.g., payment processors).

Data Retention

Waiver and registration records are retained for a minimum of three years as required for youth sports liability purposes. Contact form submissions are retained for up to one year.
